NDEA L4 Class Room Training course:£1495+VAT**

All commercial buildings will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when bought, sold, built or rented as of October 1st, 2008. These can only be obtained through inspection by a qualified, licensed assessor - an NDEA - for a charge ranging from £500 to £2000, depending on the size of the property.

The Energy Trainers is providing 5 days fast track training to ensure both qualification and licensing to become a Level 3 & 4 NDEA with training locations all around the UK. An assessor at this level of qualification  can inspect Level 3 & 4 buildings - those with simple & Complex structures and multiple heating and ventilation systems.
The course is based around the Level 3 & 4  NDEA City & Guilds Diploma. No previous qualifications or experience is required, however you must have basic computer skills as all assessors must input data into a software program in order to produce the energy performance certificate.

Upon completion of your 5 days' training course, you are required to complete a portfolio of work including examples of 3 energy performance certificates for commercial buildings. These should essentially demonstrate occupational competence. You would be doing these 3 properties on the course itself!!!
