As an approved training center, we offer the latest vocational qualifications at Levels 3 & 4, aimed at professionals and others interested in pursuing a career in the field of energy assessment. These award enable practitioners to carry out energy efficiency assessments on buildings in accordance with the EPBD (Energy Performance of Buildings Directive).

As the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) have great importance in selling and letting any property in the Uk there is a great demand of Professional Energy Assessor or in Domestic and Commercial fields. EPC's can only be issued by accredited qualified Domestic (DEA) or Commercial Energy Assessors (NDEA) who have completed the Professional Energy Assessor training and have passed an assessment and received accreditation.
An Energy Performance Certificate shows the energy efficiency rating of a property.
The certificate provides a rating for the building in graphical format, showing its energy efficiency and its environmental impact on a scale from A (shows most efficient)-G (least efficient.) Apart from showing the energy efficiency it also provides suggestion for improving the efficiency.
