As the Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) have great importance in selling and letting any property in the Uk there is a great demand of Professional Energy Assessor or in Domestic and Commercial fields. EPC's can only be issued by accredited qualified Domestic (DEA) or Commercial Energy Assessors (NDEA) who have completed the Professional Energy Assessor training and have passed an assessment and received accreditation.

An Energy Performance Certificate shows the energy efficiency rating of a property.
The certificate provides a rating for the building in graphical format, showing its energy efficiency and its environmental impact on a scale from A (shows most efficient)-G (least efficient.) Apart from showing the energy efficiency it also provides suggestion for improving the efficiency.
